Thank you for supporting Sweet Winnie Candles! Each candle is hand-poured with care, using natural coconut wax and premium fragrances. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Information

All of our candles are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance are completely normal — and part of their unique charm! These differences do not affect burn quality or performance.

2. Candle Safety

For your safety and the best candle experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from drafts, pets, children, and anything flammable.

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.

Sweet Winnie Candles is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents caused by misuse or unattended candles.

3. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our candles are made with natural coconut wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and hemp wicks. While we use clean, non-toxic ingredients, please review scent descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing. Sweet Winnie Candles is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped once payment is received. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Each order is packaged carefully to ensure it arrives safely. However, once shipped, Sweet Winnie Candles is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All product descriptions, photos, and branding are the property of Sweet Winnie Candles and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

8. Updates to Terms

Sweet Winnie Candles reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date above.
