Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sweet Winnie Candles! Each candle is hand-poured with care using high-quality coconut wax and clean ingredients. Because our products are made by hand in small batches, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preferences, color variations, or general dissatisfaction. Each candle is crafted individually, and small variations are part of the charm of a handcrafted product.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at skylar@sweetwinniecandles.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation. Please note that we may not be able to replace discontinued or limited-edition scents, but we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Sweet Winnie Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
