Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sweet Winnie Candles! Each candle is hand-poured with love, packaged carefully, and shipped from our studio to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Processing Time

All of our candles are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. Shipping Errors & Delays

Sweet Winnie Candles is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged once they have been shipped. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help make it right.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Local Pickup 
Local pickup is available for customers in the Jim Falls/Cadott area. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you with pickup details once your order is ready.
